Throughout my career, I have consistently transformed business models to drive profitable growth, while offering strategic guidance on workforce strategies to key international clients. Fluent in four languages and holding an MBA from Business School Netherlands,
I bring a global perspective to every challenge.

Growing up in an entrepreneurial family instilled in me a relentless focus on creating value for both the top and bottom lines of businesses. My leadership style is anchored in positivity, ambition, hands-on guidance, creativity, and a people-centric approach. I excel at attracting top talent and building cohesive, high-performing teams.

My journey began in 1997 at USG People in The Netherlands. In 2008, I relocated to Switzerland to lead the International Business Unit with a portfolio of 15 countries, at Kelly Services, a US-based Fortune 500 SEC company.
​​
Since 2017, my impact has been recognized by Staffing Industry Analysts, being named among the op 50 Staffing and top 150 Global Power Women in Staffing. As an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, I have played a key role in advancing Kelly's ESG initiatives.
